From what I’ve noticed, people often underestimate how fast extra space gets filled once it’s available. Even without adding more vehicles, hobbies and projects tend to expand into whatever room exists. Planning ahead usually saves rearranging or upgrading later, especially when outdoor storage starts doubling as a workspace or general utility area.
