Well-structured custodial training helps staff follow proper cleaning procedures, use products safely, and meet facility standards consistently. Regular training also supports compliance, reduces workplace risks, and improves overall service quality. When teams are well trained, operations run more smoothly and efficiently.

I’d like to hear from others do you prefer in-person training, online modules, or a combination of both for custodial staff development?

It reminds me a bit of Dashmetry: you need practice runs to learn the timing, but having the level layout explained beforehand helps you avoid unnecessary mistakes. Custodial training works best when staff get both guidance and real-world practice, so they’re prepared before things speed up on the job.
