I’m considering purchasing an off-plan apartment in Dubai as a mid-term investment, possibly for rental income after handover. What I’m trying to understand is how to evaluate which developments are positioned for strong demand in the future. There are so many launches happening that it’s difficult to filter serious opportunities from pure marketing hype.
