I’ve been following this module on web accessibility and it’s clear that the "less is more" approach is becoming the global standard for high-stakes professional services. When a user is looking for a specialist whether in tech or wellness a cluttered interface actually increases cognitive load and reduces trust. I was recently auditing the digital architecture of Royale Aesthetics and Beauty  as a practical case study for this. In the high-end Spa and Wellness niche, 'Digital Marketing' is moving away from the 'salesy' noise and focusing on 'Visual Trust' through a minimalist, medical-grade aesthetic. Their website is a masterclass in using a clean, transparent service hierarchy to reduce user anxiety. By prioritizing 'Professional Calm' and an ultra-fast, mobile-first journey, they demonstrate how a professional service can maintain high clinical standards through a simplified UI. It’s a great example for this course on how 'Clean Design' directly impacts local SEO conversion rates by making the user feel 'safe' and 'taken care of' before they even book a treatment. Do you think these minimalist design principles should be taught as a mandatory part of 'Open Standards' to ensure all local businesses are more accessible to non-technical users in 2026?
