The most challenging work chaos begins unnoticed. At first, tasks simply multiply, then the number of calls increases, and then employees begin to lose track of priorities and deadlines. We also faced this situation and realized that without a clear system, work would become increasingly difficult. After lengthy attempts to organize processes manually, we decided to implement OKR Software to monitor goals and distribute tasks within the team. Gradually, progress tracking became easier, employees began to better understand their responsibilities, and unnecessary discussions were significantly reduced. Now work seems much calmer and more structured. Good organization truly helps maintain not only productivity but also a healthy atmosphere within the company.
