I’m interested in how everyday government and administrative information is becoming easier to access online. One topic I recently looked into was checking vehicle fines in Colombia online.
I thought this could make a useful simple infographic showing the basic steps a vehicle owner can follow when looking for information about traffic fines, along with reminders to verify information through the appropriate official sources.
For example, the image could cover:
What information a vehicle owner may need before searching
Where to look for traffic-fine information online
Why checking the vehicle status periodically can be useful
The importance of confirming information with the relevant authority
I think this would be a good example of how an otherwise complicated administrative process can be presented visually and made easier to understand.
