Yes,isle of man licence requirements has actually explained this point very clearly. The GSC regulator requires genuine ‘substance’: a local legal entity, at least two local directors and certified servers on the island itself. On the other hand, with a licence like that, you won’t have absolutely any problems opening accounts with reputable banks.
