So I came across Pips NYT and it’s way trickier than I expected. The idea is you have to place all the dominoes onto the board, but certain colored areas have rules you’ve got to follow. For example, one zone might say the dots inside have to add up to 10, another wants every number inside to match, and sometimes you just need the total to stay under a limit like 8. The rest of the board doesn’t care, but you still have to make everything fit neatly. You can tap to rotate pieces, which sounds easy, until you realize one wrong placement can mess up the whole chain. It’s part number puzzle, part patience test, but super satisfying once it clicks.
