What’s the best way to make a Telegram group feel alive and active after boosting members?

I recently boosted my Telegram group because I wanted it to look more established, but now I’m struggling to make it feel like a real community. Right now, it’s mostly me posting updates and a handful of people reacting. I’m wondering what works best — polls, giveaways, memes, or maybe guest contributors? I’d love to hear how others keep their groups from feeling like a ghost town after adding more members.

I ran into the same thing when I managed a crypto discussion group. Numbers looked great after the boost, but it took effort to get people talking. What helped was doing daily polls, posting simple questions everyone could answer, and setting up “theme days” (like meme Friday or quick tips Monday). A tool like a telegram panel can help with growth, but you still need that organic interaction layered on top. Encouraging a few active members to spark convos worked wonders for me.

From what I’ve seen, the groups that actually hold my attention are the ones where the admin shows up regularly and interacts like a normal member, not just a broadcaster. Even small things like asking for opinions or replying casually to comments make it feel more alive. I usually stay longer in groups where conversations feel natural instead of staged announcements.

Trees and buildings can be strategically used to obstruct police cars, providing you with additional time to escape road game. Just be cautious to avoid getting trapped!
