Food changes didn’t fix my bloating – thinking of trying probiotics

I already cut down on fried food, dairy, and carbonated drinks, but I still feel bloated regularly. Now I’m thinking the issue might be internal rather than diet alone.

That’s why I’m looking into probiotics for bloating. Has anyone been in the same situation where diet changes weren’t enough, but probiotics helped?
