I wanted to ask if bloating and back pain can be a sign of something related to digestion.
Lately, I’ve noticed that after eating heavy meals, I experience bloating and back pain at the same time. It usually starts with stomach discomfort and then spreads to my lower back.
Could this be due to poor digestion, food sensitivity, or gut inflammation?
If anyone has had similar bloating and back pain, please share what caused it and how you managed it.
