I've started reviewing some of my completed games on Tablanette to understand where I made mistakes. Has anyone else found that analyzing previous matches improves decision-making? What do you usually look for when reviewing your games, and has it noticeably increased your win rate?
Reviewing completed games has helped me more than almost anything else. Instead of focusing only on losses, I try to identify the exact turn where a different decision could have changed the outcome. I pay attention to missed captures, unnecessary risks, and whether I held valuable cards for too long or played them too early. I also consider what my opponent was likely planning based on their moves. Over time, this habit has made my decisions more consistent during live matches. Playing and reviewing games on Tablić M has definitely improved my confidence and overall win rate.
I like this mindset. Analyzing mistakes instead of dwelling on losses is one of the fastest ways to improve. Small adjustments often lead to much better decisions in future matches.
