Hi everyone!
My husband and I are starting to look at real estate down in Kerrville and Fredericksburg to buy a small acreage parcel for our horses. Browsing rural land listings from out of state feels super confusing, especially when trying to check water well depths, septic restrictions, and zoning rules.
A coworker suggested checking out local Hill Country property guides, and I stumbled upon This resource while searching for experienced local brokers online.
Has anyone here relied on local property guides during negotiations or land surveys? Any tips for first-time Texas land buyers before placing an offer?
Thanks in advance!
